Rishi Kishore is a Fellow-Energy Transition and Climate Policy, GCDI at Swaniti Initiative. He holds a Master’s degree in Development Studies from the IIT-Guwahati. He has nine years of experience in designing and implementation of empirical studies and evaluations studies with organizations like IGC, JPAL,CPR. Rishi possesses strong analytical skills research project management skills; he has a good understanding of Coal sector dynamics in India and has worked on energy transition topics. Rishi has a strong commitment toward the Just Energy transition. He writes about policy, elections, and the Coal sector, and some of his articles have been published in Scroll, Down to Earth etc.
