I am enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and have 5+ years of experience in general corporate, including drafting/ vetting various agreements and contracts, corporate advisory to international/ national companies, and corporate governance conducting due diligence. I have experience assisting clients with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code matters. I have done my graduation in BBA LL.B from the Institute of Law Nirma University. Currently, i am handling the Legal operations at Swaniti Initiative in the capacity of a Legal Counsel. I am a frequent traveler and love visiting different places along with being a hardcore foodie.
