Usha Kiran is a Senior Project Officer in the Rural Livelihoods & Governance Vertical at Swaniti. A Public Health professional with more than 3 years of experience, Usha has worked extensively in health & livelihoods. Her role as a Senior Project Officer requires her to manage and liaison with both the Government and Non-Government stakeholders to implement Pradhan Mantri Khanij Kshetra KalyanYojana under DMFT-PMU, in the mining-affected areas of the district. Continuous assistance and technical support are provided to the District Administration to implement innovative projects to provide alternative livelihoods for the people residing in the mining affected areas, and work towards improved child & maternal health in the region.
